464 Cognewaugh Road expired unsold at $2.050 in September 2019. It came back on this April at $2.475 million, and closed today at $2.680.
The buyers, like so many these days, are from NYC. I hope all these people aren’t bringing their NYC politics with them, but I’m not optimistic.
