26 Prospect Drive, $1.860 on an ask of $1.9 million. Its builder paid $690,000 (the asking price was just $675,000, so he must have been feeling generous) in March 2022, and completely renovated this modest 1925 home. While this price would have surprised me a few years ago, it doesn’t now.
