More Cos Cob action

17 Steep Hollow Road (off Cognewaugh) is currently priced at $1.775 million and is reported under contract today. This isn’t my personal favorite area of town, just because Cognewaugh is such a pain for daily trips, but the owners have been here 25 years, so if they had any complaints, they were pretty quiet about it.
