20 Center Road sold for $2,260,250 in January ‘23 and was put back up for sale this past July at $2.3 million. The sellers collected $2.350 at closing yesterday, so the hit wasn’t as bad as it might have been, but transaction costs will still be taking a fairly large bite of those sale proceeds.
