73 Deerfield Drive, which was purchased for $2 million a year ago August, hit the market six days ago at $2.295 and is already pending. I’m sure there were multiple bids, and because it’s on 0.4 acre, it wouldn’t shock me if a builder or two had participated in the auction.

Back in 2005 a previous owner also tried for $2.295 million, but eventually had to sell it for $1.250 in 2011. Different markets.
