It’s a nice looking house and I’d certainly live here comfortably, but I’m amused that, despite all the hysteria bout global warming, apocalyptic floods, and “severe weather” (we’ve never had that before!), people are still buying homes that Greta and Al insist will be underwater in 12, 10 8 6 years.
