210 Bible Street, currently priced at $1.795 million, is reported pending; it started at $2.195 last June.
No word on its final selling price yet, but the previous owners also started high: $2.1 million — in 2009, and eventually sold it to these sellers for $1.440 in June 2010. We’ll hope it went better this time.
