When 9 Witherell Drive was listed in March 2019, priced at $5.550 million, it took two years and four price cuts before it was sold to the current owners for $3.750 in May 2021. Now those buyers have put it back on the market, for $6.995 million.
It’s a nice house, so we’ll see.
