Contract on Highland Farm

17 Highland Farm Road*, 4 acres and what is sure to be a teardown, has a contract. Current asking price is $1.699 million, its starting price back in April ‘22 was $2.3. Of course, if you want to really go back a ways, the owners tried for $2.7 million in 2006 but didn’t get it.
