8 Byfield Lane, listed at $5.395 million at the end of August has sold for $5.4 million. Built by Abderdeen (excellent people) in 2000 and purchased that year by these owners for $4.365 million, its 2024 town appraisal was, surprisingly, right on target: $5,148,400 — close enough for government work.
