Gone already: 19 Coventry Lane, a classic 1967 Murphy House, was listed 11 days ago for $1.8 million and is already pending. I don’t know whether the buyer is a builder or an end user, but probably a builder. Certainly, builders’ bids must have been in the mix of offers the seller received.
