The property comprises two lots, one of which, No. 35 will, with some judicious tree cutting, afford a fine view of Greenwich Hospital and its parking lot, and there’s a much more recent, and decent, guest house on Lot No. 37, so a million for the package seems reasonable, for Greenwich.
