A builder paid $875,000 for the 3-bedroom, 1 bath, 1,200 sq.ft. house at 24 Maplewood Drive (Cos Cob) last March, redid it to what I’d call Home Depot quality — perfectly good, but, understandably, not “mansion” level — put it back on the market at $999,000 two weeks ago, and it’s now under contract for $1,115,000.
Not bad.
