28 Juniper Lane, Riverside, was listed in January at $1.595 million and has just sold for $1.825. I would have thought that $1.595 was a reasonable price for this 1964 home, but buyers obviously felt otherwise.

I’m impressed by the agent’s description of the property as “close to the train”. That it is.
