The owners of 802 Lake Avenue paid $5.850 million to its spec builder in March, 2023, “finished” it, and placed it back on the market last October for $6.395. Today, it was marked down to $5.895 million, just about where they started. I’m not sure how much the improvements shown below actually cost, but this will be no home run.
