Two nice houses in Cos Cob both went over ask
/I wrote about each when they went pending within a few days of being listed, but now we know their final selling prices.
96 Cat Rock Road, $1,5 ask, sold for $1.590 million. Even at this higher price, it strikes me as a very reasonable buy.
16 Horseshoe Road found even more enthusiastic bidders, and closed at $3.416 million after asking $3.150.
