17 Field Road, Greenwich, was listed at $775,000 and has sold for $1,051,000. This 2-bedroom, 1954 house nothing going for it except that it’s an oversized lot for the R-7 Zone, anc be doubled in size up to 3,293 sq.ft. That’s still small for a builder, but I’m guessing that one of them has rushed in anyway; maybve the former proprietor of Mike’s Organic.
Montgomery Lane
29 Montgomery Lane, asked $2.475 million, got $2.695.
Maher Avenue
The owners of 10 Maher Avenue paid $2.650 million for it in March 2023, discounted from its asking price of $2.795. They soon thought better of their purchase and put it back on the market at the same purchase price, $2.650. It has sold for $2.9 million.
2 Martin Dale
Not everything sold at premium: 2 Martin Dale started at $8.8 million and finally sold to a couple from Las Vegas for $7.975. I can’t find details on the internet, but here’s a snap of its listing datat:
