Here’s a list of pending sales reported this morning. All went in 7-8 days, with the exception of 36 Shore Road, which took 587 days, but that one is attributable to stupid pricing: it started at $6.8 million. Anything even reasonably priced will soar off the market right now, and usually for maore than was asked.
