In-N-Out

302 Sound Beach Avenue was sold to a NYC buyer last May for $2.375 million, and it’s back up for sale today at $2.475 million (the link goes to last year’s listing because the current one is, as of this writing, too recent to appear on anyone’s site).

I’d be interested to see some recent data on average length of ownership in Greenwich these days, because I’m seeing a lot of 1-3-year stays, and I wonder how many of those reflect NYC COVID refugees returning to the city, or just in-town relocations. Greenwich has always had a quick turnover, because so many residents have been corporate executives who get shuffled around the country and the world, but the stays seem to be getting shorter.
