The Reynolds’ house at 264 Taconic Road, asking $3.850 million, has a contract after 78 days. It’s a fine, old 1864 house, but I’d previously wondered whether, nice as it was, it could fetch the kind of money they were asking. Apparently, it can, and has. Good.
