173 Parsonage Road, 2.5 acres in the R-2 zone, was placed on the market in March 2023, priced at $3.3 million, and immediately sold for $3.601 million. That buyer changed his mind and put it back up for sale this past April 1st for $3.795; it sold today for $4.650.

Tune in next week, and we’ll see if it hasn’t sold again for, say, $100 million?
