Smart move

When 16 Hedgerow Lane hit the market last October at $5.650 million, I wasn’t impressed, and neither was the house-hunting crowd . The listing was pulled after just 18 days and a full restoration was performed: new roof, new kitchen, etc. It came back on for sale two weeks ago, now priced at $6.750 million and a buyer appeared immediately. I think that says that move-in condition is more important to our current flush-with-cash buyers than price.
