Pending on Londonderry

67 Londonderry Drive, which I wrote about few weeks ago, wondering why it hadn’t sold, is now pending. It’s a nice house with beautiful views over Burning Tree’s golf course, and at $2.495, it seemed to be priced well. And, given that it was onb the market for 74 days, it may be selling for even less than that.
