The owners of 16 Butler Street paid $1.450 for it in January ‘22, installed a new furnace and water heater, upgraded the electrical service, changed some light bulbs, and had the gutters cleaned, and put it back up for sale this April for $1.650. It was sold today to a Massachusetts buyer from the greater Boston area (02149) for $1.805 million.
