27 Mary Lane, Riverside NoPo, was purchased for $1.2 million on July 28 last year, redone to what appears to be about the same quality as the original, and put back up for sale 10 days ago. Gone.
As I mentioned in the previous post, there’s currently a real dearth of inventory.
