In July, 2023, 44 Orchard Drive, priced at $3.495 million, sold for $4.175. The “winners” of that bidding contest apparently regretted their decision, because they put it back up for sale three weeks ago with an asking price of $3.895 million. Today it’s been marked down to $3.475.
