Sale price reported

89 Valley Drive, a 1928 mock Tudor on 1.97 acres, has sold to an Upper East Side couple for $4,013,500. The previous listing agent started off the sales process at $5.650 in June 2022, but she apparently overestimated the appeal of this style to the current generation of buyers (or mine, for that matter).
