The owners of 19 Nimitz Place in Havemeyer purchased it in a bidding war in 2016, paying $1.550 million for a house priced at $1.485, and returned it to the market a month ago at $2.495. That was reduced today to $2.295; apparently buyers haven’t been impressed by the sellers’, “if we had ham, we could have ham and eggs, if we had eggs" sales pitch.
