200 Byram Shore sells for above-ask

200 Byram Shore Road was asking $5.495 million in May, and presumably, the owners would have been content to receive that price. But instead, they just sold it for $5.750. That probably made them gruntled, but maybe not: they were looking for $7.6 million when they began this process in 2019.
