3 Random Road has closed at $4,000,000 — asking price was $3.795 — despite my warning to listing agent Daphne Lamsvelt-Pol that she’d made a serious mistake by including books in her simulated interior. I’m glad it worked out for her, of course, but can only imagine what it might have sold for had this lovely cheese-eater not made such a grievous mistake.
