2 Vista Avenue, Old Greenwich, was put on the market back in June 2022 at $5.495 million and its price had dropped to $5.395 by September 2023 when it was withdrawn. Its listing agent and another put their clients together this year, and the house reappeared on the MLS report yesterday to reflect that it has sold for $5.125 million.

So it’s gone again.
