The owners of 7 Meadow Drive, Cos Cob, paid $1.825 million for it last October, put it back on the market May 1st at $1.9, and yesterday sold it for $1.930.

I was interested to see that the listing desceribed it as being “Minutes from GCDS” — not so long ago, that kind of information for buyers in this section of Cos Cob would have been entirely irrelevant to their neeeds.
