477 Stanwich Road has been sold by its foreclosing lender for $1.4 million. 4.28-acres in the R-4 zone, it’s likely a land sale, but this is a 1977, 5,200 sq.ft. house updated in 2003, and certainly be brought up to date by an end user for far less than it would cost to build new. Still, I’m guessing a builder’s taken it.
