12 Lindsay Drive, listed in May for $6.150 million, went to multiple-bidding, and sold today for $6.875. Nice street, 1963 construction, and, like any other auction, all it takes to drive a price up is two or more people to want the same item.
Still, this final price is a bit surprising, at least to me.
