225 Valley Road, Cos Cob, was listed at $1.7 million but sold yesterday for $1.9. Originally built in 1865, I’m not sure how much of that is left after 160 years of being lived in and modified, and I’m not at all sure that any of it will survive this sale.
But it would be a very nice location for a new home, if that’s what in store.
