Price cut on Dorchester
/6 Dorchester Lane, Riverside, new construction (land with now-razed house purchased for $1.775 million October 2024º has dropped its price from $5.9 million to $5.750. Personally, if I had $6 million to spend on a house, I wouldn’t spend it on Dorchester. Then again, I’m pretty sure there’s nothing in Greenwich’s six million range that I would want to buy.
