Glad to see that the old rule, "the winner in a bidding war is the one who didn't win" still applies, at least sometimes

They put it back up for sle September 2th at $2.8 million, and have just sold it for $2.745, Knocking off, say, 7% for transaction fees, that would be about $2.553.
