Shocker: Old Greenwich house goes for below-ask

15 Deepwoods Lane was listed at $3.450 million but sold today for $3.180. A few years ago Id have been gobsmacked at a $3 million tag on any house on Deepwoods; today, I’m just surprised to see that it’s still possible to overprice a house in this section of town.
