Given the prices of comparable houses in other parts of town, this looks like a bargain
/53 Shady Lane, in Glenville, cut its price to $2.7 million today, quite a whack from its opening October 10th price of $3.7, and a substantial reduction of its October 30 price of $3 million. I’m sure this was more attractive a location when the house went up in 1901, 33 years before the Merritt came through, and the present master bathroom isn’t what I’d describe as Rock’Em, Sock’em, but assuming it can pass a thorough building inspection, it offers a lot more beauty than many houses in the $3.5 range.
Besides, although it lacks the Zebra, it does have the tipi.
