In-town price cut
/3 Anderson Road has dropped from its original September price of $9.850 million to $9.350. I’ve been watching this with curiosity because in some ways, the house has a lot going for it: 9,000+ square feet of new construction, 0.78-acres, pool, and a 3-car garage all should appeal to some buyers, and its architecture, while not to my taste, is probably acceptable to a different segment of the market.
But Anderson Road itself is not precisely in the garden spot of Greenwich, and $9 million to live there? As I say, I’m curious to see how this fares.
