Downtown condo sale
/
I don’t usually cover condo sales on this blog, but I was struck by the price and quick sale of 125 Field Point Road (corner of Sound View Drive). It sold new for $3.5 million in September 2021 and those buyers put it back on the market this February at $4.5. Gone in 2 days to this owner for $5 million.
Impressive; there’s still a lot of demand out there for high-end condos.
