61 Byram Shore Road,currently asking $10.995 million. It started this time at $12.5 in May’24, It failed to sell in 2018-2018 at a peice that started at $8.850, went up to $10.9 — go figure — and ended in June 2019 while looking for $9.995.
These owners paid $7.240 for it in June 2005.
(I don’t know what it’s supposed to symbolize either)
