348 Sound Beach Avenue is coming back on the market, this time asking for $4.495 million. The owners built it in 2007 and tried selling it during that very bad market for $3.950. They gave up in 2008 and have rented it out ever since, with occasional unsuccessful attempts to sell it. This time, in this market, they’ll probably finally be shed of it.
