30 Crescent Road, Riverside, priced at $3.850 million and destined to sell for more, is reported pending a week after hitting the market. Riverside builder Leno Marcal bought the original 1946 home for $2,067,000 in November 2022, then gut-renovated and and expanded it. Leno does fine work, and it appears he’s going to be richly rewarded for his efforts on this project.
