22 Osee Place has sold for $1,015,000 — hit the market 21 days go at $945,000. According to MLS and tax card records, the same house sold for $882,500 in 2007, but resold in 2013 for $1,420,500 in a private sale; not sure why it came on this time at just $945,000, unless that private sale caused the buyer to grossly over-pay.
