This has historically been the fate of bidding war "winners" – maybe the market is returning to normal

Mentioned here when it hit the market May 13th at $2.360, 14 Revere Road, NoPo, has dropped its price to $2.195. The owners paid $1.850 million for it in July ‘22 in a bidding war that began at $1.595. Even after sale transaction costs that will be incurred when it sells, the owners are still ahead of the game, but the breakeven point is drawing closer.
