On December 23, 2023, a developer paid $4,325,000 (it had started at $5.850) for 7 Dairy Road: two acres and a 7,196 sq. ft. house. He doubled the footage to 14,169 sq. ft., and put it back on the market this February at $14.750. That price was subsequently dropped $13.995 million, and it’s now reported as pending.
