Sale in the North Country

7 Mountain Laurel Drive, whose last list price was $3.495 million, has sold to a Redwood City CA buyer for $3.650. It had begun at $3.799 million back on April4th and dropped down to $3.495 May 16th. That triggered a bidding war, which must have pleasantly surprised the sellers.

They’d had disappointing results in trying to unload this property in the past: Listed at $3.250 million in May 2019, it no found no buyer, and expired in December ‘22 while priced at $2.250. They then repainted, interior and exterior, redid the kitchen and baths, and voila.
