Exposed: Non-Swedish Staff Now Dominates Sweden's Migration Agency
A thought experiment: Imagine you're tasked with setting up your nation's immigration screening system. When you start to look into staffing that system, doesn't it seem logical that you would assign this task, of deciding who should and shouldn't enter the country, to people who are at least citizens, preferably people who were born in the country? Seems to make sense, but for whatever reason, Sweden has decided to go all "multicultural" in their Migration Agency.
A report from Samnytt provides an unprecedented look inside Sweden’s Migration Agency, highlighting challenges related to staff composition, workplace culture, and internal practices. Sources who have worked at the agency for decades describe a complex environment shaped by linguistic groups, clan affiliations, and internal loyalties.
Currently, a majority of the agency’s approximately 6,000 employees come from non-Swedish backgrounds. Many do not hold Swedish citizenship, and staff often speak their own language within their group. According to a source, “What affects things most is that everyone speaks their own language, so you don’t understand what is being said between groups and colleagues.” This dynamic, combined with longstanding clan networks, has reportedly introduced a Middle Eastern clan mentality into daily operations.
A majority of their immigration service are non-Swedes? Many aren't citizens?
What could possibly go wrong? Well, all these things:
The source described how group loyalties influence decisions on residence permits, work permits, and other administrative matters, sometimes benefiting relatives or clan members. This behavior became so normalized that it happens openly, without any fear of internal consequences. Additionally, chants and songs such as “from the river to the sea” have been heard in the agency’s break room, reflecting political or cultural affiliations among some staff.
Group loyalties, not loyalty to Sweden. Raw tribalism - and these people are working in the service that decides who comes and goes to and from Sweden, and who is allowed to stay. This can't possibly end well. If Sweden's government manages to muster up some fortitude and reform their Migration Agency so that it's staffed by, you know, actual Swedish people, they will (being Euro-weenies) shrivel and turn to dust due to the shouts of "racist!"
If they leave the non-Swedes in charge, they lose their culture. But then, they're already losing their culture.
In fact, it's getting to the point where Sweden, once a mild, even bucolic place, a great vacation destination, is heading for Third World status.
Sweden’s challenges have attracted international attention. Canada recently placed the country in the same travel advisory category as Turkey and Morocco, citing rising gang violence and terrorism risks. Authorities warned travelers to remain alert in residential areas, shopping centers, and public spaces, linking the developments to crime increases associated with migration pressures.
These aren't Sweden's "challenges." These are self-inflicted wounds. Sweden has not only thrown open the city walls and invited the invaders in, but they have handed the invaders the keys to the city's gates.
A commenter to Clark’s post offered a possible explanation for the process; it sunds right.
…. More like they let politicians bribe them with their own money. Most European countries have done the same thing- bribe the citizens with lavish pensions and then import young foreigners who (they claimed) would "work" and pay into the fund for all those lavish pensions. News flash- all those foreigners are now living on welfare and "birthing" the new demographic into the majority.
