/8 Old Round Hill Lane was purchased out of foreclosure for $8 million back in April, spruced up, and put back on the market for $16.850 million; it’s pending after 42 days.
Per GMLS rules, most of the pictures have been yanked from the internet, but we’ve been posting on the travails of this house for over a decade, so you should be able to find what it looked like as it slowly deteriorated. The kitchen was remodeled, and presumably the mold infection from broken pipes remediated, and the dust bunnies along with any remaining whiskey bottles swept out from under the beds. Presto! $8 million; slam, bam, and thank you ma’am.
